Find the cause for the symptoms you have

What you do when you feel bad

If you have an autoimmune issue, like irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, and others, you may have looked for relief of your symptoms. In most cases, if you ask your doctor for help, the prescription pad is going to come out.

You then will be taking a medication to ease your pain, make your bowel movements more normal, and the list goes on.

Or you may go to the alternative medicine route. Your functional doc or provider may give you supplements to take. Or they may suggest ways to practice stress relief or meditation.

Find the cause of your symptoms

To truly fix the symptoms, it is necessary to get to the root of the problem. It is caused by some of the food you are eating.

I have had people tell me "it can't be my food. I eat a very healthy diet."

The youtube video is from my dietitian coach who explains how the food you are eating is causing your symptoms.

About Food Sensitivities

70 to 80% of your immune system is in your gut (intestines). The job of the immune system is decide what is friend or what is an enemy.

So you are eating your food - broccoli, tomatoes, and others.

if the immune system decides that one of the foods is an enemy, the white cells in your blood start producing substances that have strange sounding names. Interleukins, prostaglandins.

Those travel through the blood and go to different parts of the body. They can go to the head and cause migraines.

They can travel to the muscles and joints and cause pain from fibromyalgia.

They can stay in the stomach and issues like diarrhea, gas, and bloating from IBS.

When your immune system has identified a food as an enemy, that is a food sensitivity.

Getting rid of your symptoms

I work with clients to help get rid of the symptoms. When we work together, you will find out what your food sensitivities are. I also give you a list of foods you can eat. From that list, I give ideas for recipes and ways to put the food together in a meal.

Great News!

The great news is you will feel better in 10 to 14 days as your immune system calms down and is not reacting to foods you are sensitive too.
