I am pleased to announce that soon will have a new service to offer. I will offer an online video series on weight loss. The course will include tips and tools that are practical and usable. I have already had a friend ask when am I going to be done with this so she can watch it so she can learn how to learn to lose weight in a healthy and practical way.
Also will offer as an add on to the video, a consult with me as your personal coach dietitian via phone.
I will offer a mini course as a free opening. If you have an interest in the course or just the mini weight loss video, I would need you to email me and let me know. I will offer a discount to anyone who asks about the course until the second week of September.
