It seems the holidays are into the full swing mode. There are Christmas songs on the radio stations, people are starting to already pass out the Christmas cards, and decorate their houses.
Have you started the parties yet and the special foods that come with the season?
I don't know if you are like me or not but every year, it seems that the food that is associated with the holidays increase. You walk into the break room or into someone's office and there are the treats, the candy, and you name the other treats sitting there for the taking.
But food and temptations are just everywhere. Now don't get me wrong. Christmas would not be Christmas without some of the festivities and food, but it is a matter of how to navigate through without the weight gain that can come from the eating everything. That is why I have put together tips into a webinar to help you navigate through the celebrations.
I am all for celebrations. I am all for the holidays. I just don't want the weight gain that sometimes happens from those foods.
