This may be a review for most of the people who reading this, but it is also an easy way to plan and prepare meals without thinking about counting carbohydrates. The only thing you have to do is know what the different food types are and where they go on a 9 inch plate. So put your measuring cups away, and just focus on dividing the plate up as you make your meals.
This may also help with weight loss because it controls portions and focuses on healthy types of foods.
