How do I make a change to help with weight loss?
If you have decided that it is time to accomplish some weight loss, I want to be able to help with that. This is a tip that I use myself. Other people who have done this have commented that they found it helpful with their weight loss.
Benefits: 1) Once you do this, you won't have to think about it over and over
2) It decreases the amount of food you eat which will help with weight loss
The tip is to change from using a dinner plate to using a salad or lunch size plate (9 inches).
