4 Unexpected Reasons to Start the Leap Diet

The 4 Unexpected Reasons to Start the Leap Diet

I am going to list out some of the reasons why people don't do the Leap diet....And these 4 unexpected reasons not to start the Leap diet are also are the very reasons why you would want to begin the diet to see changes in your symptoms.

The 4 reasons you may be giving are:

  1. You're busy

  2. You've tried everything

  3. I may not be able to follow the diet

  4. I am afraid I won't see results from doing the diet

How the reasons you give are the reasons to begin

You have a busy schedule

  • To fit your busy schedule, appointments with Juanita are flexible.

  • Ways to "do" the diet in an easier fashion are discussed.

The difference between this approach - using MRT/Leap diet and other approaches are:

  • MRT identifies chemicals and foods you are reactive to

  • The reason why the Leap diet works is that all reactive foods are removed. This puts your immune system in a "bubble" where it calms down.

  • Symptoms go down as a result - in most cases in the first 10 to 14 days.

  • Working closely with your dietitian helps you to obtain the results you are looking for to feel better.

I may not be to follow the diet

  • You are given recipes, ideas for meal planning, and where to shop for the food you will need

  • You will have access to your dietitian - via email, text, and phone if you have questions or need encouragement/help

  • You will have check in phone calls to answer your questions

I am afraid I won't see results from doing the diet

  • You can talk with a dietitian before starting the diet to talk about whether the MRT/Leap is right for you

  • In most cases, a person who follows the diet sees a reduction in symptoms in as little as 10 to 14 days

  • You will work closely with your dietitian who will monitor your progress and help you make adjustments to your diet as needed

Holly said "For other people who are considering doing the Leap diet, Stick with it. It will work in the end. It will change your quality of life. This is different just going to a bookstore and getting another diet book off the shelf and reading through it and trying to do it on your own because having Juanita as your dietitian, as the expert, I had my own expert all the time, ready to help, willing to help, offering ideas, suggestions, alternative products. It was wonderful."
