Planning a meal can sometimes be a challenge.
There is another layer involved when you have to avoid certain foods in your diet.
And sometimes the same old foods just get tiresome.
This is probably one of the things I hear the most. "I just need some ideas for planning my meals. What can I eat?"
It is nice sometimes to have a list of foods to change things out and make different choices. Maybe that is you. You have to avoid gluten and feel very limited in what you can eat.
This list is a general food list. If something is listed that you avoid because you have a food sensitivity or are allergic to it, do not eat it.
My intent is to give you a list that may give you ideas for expanding your food choices for the breakfast meal.
