A simple recipe without a lot of fuss.
Cottage cheese loaf
16 oz Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 tbsp McKays Chicken Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasoning, walnuts, bread crumbs, garlic, and onion. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Let the 'roast' rest for 5 to 10 minutes; turn out onto serving platter. Serving Size: makes 8 servings Number of Servings: 8
