Make it simple in the kitchen

I like the approach of simple in the kitchen. I also like ways to still eat healthy. But there are times when I buy healthy food with the intent to eat it, but then have the issue of it going bad before that happens. I have come up with a fix. It is using a simple tool and approach that enables me to eat the food and save time and reduce waste. It is simply changing some of the approach to food prep. 1. 1 way to make a fast meal

Fast Breakfast idea Most people don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I am no exception to this. I am always trying to find ways to make a quick meal. The best laid plans....Cottage cheese loaf

Maybe other people have had the same thing happen to them. You have everything arranged. It should turn out perfectly. But then you look at the end results and you have done something incorrect. Well, I was going to post a beautiful video on how to make Cottage cheese loaf. But did not set the camera up correctly. But just because it is not video taped doesn't mean that I won't post the recipe. I like the recipe because it is fast and easy to make. There also can be a few mod

A new way of cooking - Fast, not Fussy

I am not one that likes to putter in the kitchen. I like to be time wise and then on to other things. For people who know me, that is not new information. I am going to call this the Fast, not fussy way of meal planning. It is quick ways to fix food but not have to fuss (spend a lot of time) with a lot of details. Perhaps you are also a Fast, not fussy cook as well. In addition to saving time when preparing meals, I also like to save money on healthy choices. Some of the focu
