If you pick up foods at the grocery store and look at the ingredient list, you might need to take a class in another language.
What do I mean by that? In most cases, the ingredient list is filled with long words that I can't even pronounce.
Foods are filled with food additives and chemicals! Restaurant foods are too.
Why you should be concerned about all of the additives
Food additives and food chemicals may be increasing the risk of leaky gut which increases inflammation and can lead to autoimmune conditions.
So the other day I wanted to get some lemon juice. Pulled the bottle off the shelf at the store and besides lemon juice in the product, there is also sodium benzoate, sodium metabisufite, and sodium sulfite.
I bought some lemons instead and juiced them to make my lemon juice.
