It was "just part of my life"

Maybe you have said the same thing. "It is part of my life. I haven't been able to figure it out. It has been there and will be there."

A client of mine described it - "I was having daily abdominal cramping, with 2 to 4 loose bowel movements every day. Sometimes just watery stools at times. I was tired and easily fatigued. Having joint pain, in my feet, knees, back and hands. I was having joint swelling that was happening frequently in my feet and hands. Other symptoms included ringing in my ears, having headaches 2 to 4 times each week, and brain fog.

I knew where every bathroom was, everywhere I went."

I had one person tell me that she tried googling how to fix her gas, bloating, and diarrhea. One internet site would say one thing to try - do probiotics. Another internet site would say eat a lot of fiber. Practice stress management. Another internet site would suggest another treatment.

She became frustrated because there is a lot of conflicting information on the internet.

Maybe you feel like the title "it is just part of life." I just have to get used to feeling this way. This is the way it will be.

With IBS, as with other autoimmune issues, like migraines, and fibromyalgia, it can be difficult to manage and even more difficult to find the root cause to eliminate the symptoms that come with them.

Find the cause of your symptoms

To truly fix the gas, bloating, diarrhea it is necessary to get to the root of the problem.

It is caused by some of the food you are eating.

It can't be my diet!

I have had people tell me "it can't be my food. I eat a very healthy diet."

About Food Sensitivities

70 to 80% of your immune system is in your gut (intestines). The job of the immune system is decide what is friend or what is an enemy.

So you are eating your food - broccoli, tomatoes, and others.

if your immune system decides that one of the foods you are eating is an enemy, the white cells in your blood start producing substances that have strange sounding names. Interleukins, prostaglandins.

Those travel through the blood and go to different parts of your body. They can go to your head and cause migraines.

They can travel to your muscles and joints and cause pain from fibromyalgia.

They can stay in your intestines and you have diarrhea, gas, and bloating from IBS.

When your immune system has identified a food as an enemy, that is a food sensitivity.

It is usually many foods and/or chemicals that you are sensitive to. It is also difficult to determine what those foods are as well.

It's not just about knowing the cause of your symptoms

It's also about whether you're ready to change from where you are right now to a place where you won't have to have anxiety about the bloating. About feeling tired. About having to know where all the bathrooms are, and dealing with the other symptoms of IBS.

What are the benefits you want?
